From the quality of advice at the point of sale to general EV knowledge, gaps in understanding and consistency mean that getting the right support can still feel like pot luck for many drivers. This can create confusion and even frustration, particularly for those new to electric vehicles who might be put off by the experience.
This 60-minute session will focus on drivers’ experiences with dealerships and service centres, exploring what works well, what could be improved, and where greater support, training or clarity is needed.
Michelle Breffitt (Women Drive Electric) and Symon Cook (NFDA) will share their perspectives and insights, and the subsequent discussion will help shape EVA England’s forthcoming drivers’ strategy, grounding it in members’ experiences and priorities.
