Starting today, EVA England members can now access three months of OVO’s ‘Light Boost’ subscription at no cost through its OVO Charge app, helping drivers take advantage of discounted public charging costs.
The OVO Charge app offers access to more than 50,000 chargers in the UK and 400,000 across Europe. By using the Light Boost subscription, the partnership enables members to benefit from a 10% discount on every public charge at the UK’s biggest charging networks like Osprey, MFG, InstaVolt, FastNed, and Ionity, alongside exclusive rewards and real-time charging updates.
EVA England represents the real-world experience of EV drivers, with a strong focus on tackling the practical barriers that still hold people back from switching, particularly cost and access to affordable charging. While offers like this do not address the structural cost gap between home and public charging, the partnership is intended to help reduce day-to-day costs for drivers and highlight the kind of support needed as the market grows.
